Structure
(dict) –
One or both of the values that make up the key-value pair is not valid. For example, you cannot specify a tag value that begins with

Error (dict) – Normalized access to common exception attributes.
Code (string) – An identifier specifying the exception type.
Message (string) – A descriptive message explaining why the exception occured.
